Sulla Via Terms & Conditions

 

PAYMENT POLICIES:

  • Once a date has been booked at Sulla via, a deposit must be paid.
  • The deposit required will be R5000.00 - not refundable with cancellation or postponding.
  • Should the deposit not have been paid, Sulla via reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  • 50% of the proposed package payable 3 months before function date.
  • Final payment 1 week before wedding/function.
  • Deposit will only be received by cheque or direct bank transfer. In the case of a deposit or payment being made at Sulla Via, an original invoice will be given to you directly, with reservation number and a letter of confirmation faxed to you within three days of payment.
  • All payments made by credit cards will have a 5% surcharge.
  • In the case of a direct bank transfer, a deposit slip must be faxed to Sulla via.A reference number must accompany all direct bank deposits.
  • Should your wedding be cancelled for whatever reason at any stage of the planning, or postponed all monies paid will be forfeited.
  • A booking form must be completed with the Wedding Co-ordinator once a date has been selected, and a copy taken with you.
  • Please be advised that once the contract is signed, no changes will be made, unless done in writing.
  • Sulla via will only allow a change in guest numbers until no less than 14 days, prior to the wedding date, unless attendance is greater.
  • MINIMUM OF 120 GUESTS ( less than 120 guests a venue fee of R3000.00)
  • The client must confirm all changes and cancellation in writing.
  • BY PAYING A DEPOSIT, THE CLIENT AGREES THAT HE/SHE UNDERSTANDS THE ABOVE FULLY.
  • THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE & BINDING TO ALL CLIENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING BY SULLA VIA.
  • Prices including VAT
QUOTATIONS ONLY VALID FOR 30 DAYS

OPERATING POLICIES :

  • Once the contract has been signed, Sulla via will use this as the specifications for how your wedding day / function is to be run.
  • No liquor. other than that supplied by Sulla via may be used at the wedding or function. Corkage fee of R30.00/ Wine bottle.
  • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any time left in the venue after the function.
  • All damage to the venue, cutlery, crockery, linen and furniture will be charged directly to the client, breakage deposit of R1000.00 payable with reservation deposit (refundable)
  • Sulla via does not accept responsibility for any losses or inconvenience due to power failures or acts of God - WE DO HAVE GENERATORS.
  • We regret that we do not allow meetings, rehearsals etc after hours.
  • Halaal and Kosher functions will be quoted on separately.
  • Sulla via has the right to publish and/or use of any photographs without prior permission

We can also accommodate KOSHER & HALAAL functions. Should any outside caterers be used for above catering, a surcharge of R65. 00 / p, with a minimum guest count of 250guests. + VENUE FEE OF R6 000 .00
